I was the Sabres, im in no hurry but was refreshing myself on the rules and it said 1-3 business days, So it would be wed thurs, and today. I have not recieved the package.
Does the shipping day count as one of the 3? If so thats cool.
If not does this mean I recieve a refund?

I am still new and just trying to figure everything out.

Thank you again.

Assuming you are in the U.S., Canada Post typically takes 2-4 weeks for cross border shipments. Where did you see 1-3 days?

To clear things up with a simple answer.

We ship everything from our store in 1-3 business days after the break has been completed. Whatever Canada Post decides to do with the mail we can not control but all the breaks are out of our store in 1-3 business days.

Thanks again for joining!

Just to clarify shipment with tracking number has to be requested by buyer, but how much extra does it cost? You ship for free from any C&C group break, so I'll assume a certain percentage of the group break price includes a little extra for S&H.. Lets say $2-$3 per break, so if I'm in 10 break that's $20 or more in the S&H kitty so to speak..Shouldn't that amount cover shipment with tracking?? or at least make tracking a couple bucks extra??

Just curious.
Thanks

It's not that they "ship for free" from the GB, it is included in the price of the GB along with the taxes involved for that transaction thru their store. Tracking varies by where it is going, in example tracking to the US is probably one number and Europe is totally different number, and inside of Canada is something else. There are folks from all over the world in the GBs, so instead of having 18 different prices for a spot in the same group break they make it simpler, and take US or Canada funds and will ship the cards anywhere on the planet. Tracking is optional, and as said varies on where it is going, same as insurance varies on the value, so that is why they say contact them if you want it shipped tracked and they will give you an exact price on the extra cost. Example: I used to have GBs, for me to ship in the US tracking was .80 extra on top of postage, yet to get same exact package with tracking to Canada prices start at $29.95 which includes the shipping though (so difference of $4 in US to basically $30 to Canada for same exact package (and those rates were prior to the US rates that went thru the roof yesterday).

If Vaughnlive has more chat issues like last nights crash, I strongly suggest everyone add a Fav Teams list to the Break thread at the time of your request for spot(s).

Most of the breaks are similar in years & potential, so create a Fav team list from 1-28. EDM, PIT, AVS, FLYERS,MTL HAWKS, and so on

This will help Brad/Geoff determine draft picks easily & ensures you don't get a team you don't want when it's your turn to pick..

The free spot is for the next 28 or 30 spot break for the same Sport. Whichever one fills next be it that day or the following day. So you are put into the next break, nothing you have to do to use it as it always goes to the next break that fills whatever that may be.

Yes, you are able to send money to them TTM and you can use that money towards future group breaks once they receive it. PM Geoff or Slapstick to get the address.

I believe this is the right place to post this question. I received my cards yesterday from C&C #3566 (Monday Mini Battle from Bash Week). It was written in the thread that we were supposed to receive 2 Silver Packs for each spot we take. I received my cards but there were no silver packs. Is it normal? Will we receive them later (if i'm not alone to have this "problem")? Thanks for the reply

PM Brad (slapstick) or actually probably Dan (cloutsnchara) here on the Forums, Dan does the shipping so probably best to start with him.
