No need for tips, unless your elementary school teachers tried to scare you about high school, if they did that then avoid it haha

Any tips? :S
Tips:

Stay on the teacher's good side. Start the year strong and pass in everything on time. As the year progresses, they'll be less likely to snap if you forget your homework once. Once.

Fit in with every group. I hangout with the kids who smoke, the nerds, the jocks, the girly-girls, the comedians, etc. The more groups you fit in, the better you are.

Don't make yourself a target for upper classmen. Being picked on can be easily avoided by just blending in. Dropping your stuff in the middle of the hallway sucks.

Try not to use your locker AT ALL. Build up some back strength, and carry EVERYTHING around.

Keep organized, lots of binder checks.

I don't know if you guys get laptops like us, but make sure you look behind you to see if any teachers are in the room before playing games.

Study halls are great for gaming/eBay/Cloutsnchara.

Try to sit close to a wall or in the back. Gaming, once again, is much easier.

If you're in a lame class, start doodling.

First period, hold off sleep as much as possible. When you finally go to sleep, have your pencil on the paper. I remember I once got home at 1AM from a hockey game and had tech at 7:45. I ended up sitting next to a buddy which was nice. At around 8:20, I pretty much passed out while the teacher did a whiteboard demo. I apparently was drooling and everything. My buddy woke me up when the teacher started to turn. Everyone was laughing, but if you fit in with everyone, it's chill.

Talking about how much you make on sports cards impresses people(though you don't make as much as you say you do).

Being the class clown can be beneficial. Everyone loves you. :D

This one may be "different" but hang out with the girls that are hot, but haven't been recognized as hot. You have a much better shot with them if others haven't realized that she's actually better looking than most of the girls in your school.

If someone asks you if you can do something after school, give them the excuse that you have to take care of your siblings. :)

Hope these helped.

Stay CLOSE to the Seniors. Be legit. That's right, be legit. Seniors have a lot of respect for Freshman kids who stand for themselves.

Just a tip. We seniors like Freshman who stand up for themselves but don't get too mouthy because that will get you a punch in the face. Just watch your P's and Q's

If you're a freshman, don't let sophomores pick on you. One of my biggest pet peeves is when sophomores think they're badass picking on freshmen because they're a grade above them.

It just makes Upperclassmen think you're a tool when you're a sophomore doing that.

****No one should be picking on anybody. But hopefully you get what I'm going after.**** :P

If I was Batman I would be shot and killed within 30sec but of course what DSL says is true don't pretend to be someone your not just to fit in. Getting into High School I met a bunch of people with the same intrests as me.
